GENERAL SCOPE OF ROLE: Reporting to the CEO and Member Services Manager, the Member Services Officer/Teller will be responsible for carrying out a range of operational and administrative activities that contribute to providing excellent member experience and support the effective and compliant operation of the Credit Union. The successful candidate will be member focused and highly motivated, with a very clear sense of what constitutes a great member experience. More specifically, he/she will: Deliveranexcellentmemberserviceacrossmultipledeliverychannelsincludinginperson, over the telephone and online adhering to the Principles Values and Culture of Nenagh Credit Union. ExplainproductsandservicesofferedbyNenaghCreditUniontocurrentandpotential members. Processmembertransactionsincludinglodgments,withdrawalsandtransfers,account opening and re-activation. Issuememberloansandensurethatallloanconditionsaresatisfied. Deal with and resolve member queries. ReferloanapplicationstotheLendingteam.
