SAP is looking for recent graduates or students in their final year of studies who have a cloud mindset and are eager to try new things – if that sounds like you, keep reading!
SAP Academy for Product & Engineering provides an accelerated curriculum to jump-start your career by diving into the vast, innovative world of SAP with the aim to promptly advance to an unlimited associate position in the company.
The 12-month full-time paid rotational program allows you to explore different technologies, develop new skills and connections, and make an impact by contributing as a full-time graduate employee making SAP the sustainable, intelligent enterprise.
The Role:
Join a cohort of other curious, passionate, and motivated individuals
Gather experience on a graduate role with corresponding compensation and benefits
Exposure to a vast array of teams during each unique 3-month rotation – where you will experience different technology stacks, products, industries while refining your knowledge and understanding of the business
Receive impactful projects, tailored learning, robust mentorship, and networking opportunities
With this program, you will be better equipped to determine which teams within SAP best align with your passions and career goals.
Before completion of the program, you will be considered for placement within the company long-term, either in a team you rotate into or a similar team.
To date, 90% of participants have been placed in one of these teams.
This accelerator program is suitable either for current university students with outstanding academic achievements or for recent graduates with strong curiosity and applicable experience in software development.
Our programme is structured into rotations where you will gain exposure into key areas and technologies such as SAP Signavio, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, SAP Business Data Cloud.

Role Requirement:
Must graduate during grad year listed on job description *****)
Education or relevant practical experience in Software Development/Engineering, Data Science or Design (Bachelors, Masters, Community College, and Bootcamps welcome to apply)
Fluent in English; written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work out of our SAP Dublin office
Foundational knowledge and/or hands-on experience with GenAI languages, frameworks, and skills as described in the technical skills below
Role-Specific Qualifications:
Experience working with APIs, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, Spring Boot, databases, Docker, Linux, Unix, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes
Hands-on experience in designing, testing, and implementing solutions using Java, Python, Spring Boot, and cloud-native tools
Experience in data visualization and business intelligence: Tableau, BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Familiarity with UI development and frameworks: UI5, Yeoman
Knowledge of concepts in GenAI, MCP Servers, and foundational cloud agentic frameworks
Business Skills:
Customer-Centric: Understand customer needs and translate to actionable items
Effective and Proactive Communication: Reaches out proactively, networks, seeks answers, finds new projects
Growth Mindset: Ability to think critically, creatively, and can pivot when necessary
Process-oriented: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Selection process will be taking place between November **** – February ****, beginning with an invitation to complete an online technical assessment which is required to proceed.
This 12-month program is not an internship but a permanent full-time paid employment on a graduate role.
