We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead strategic initiatives across Supply, Planning, and Order Management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and quality.
* Design and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
* Develop and manage systems integration for demand planning, supply chain management, and logistics operations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-led decision-making and forecasting.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers, 3PL partners, and other key stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
* Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance order management, invoicing, and reporting processes.
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
