IT Support Analyst

A leading technology organisation is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join its growing technical team. The company delivers secure and reliable IT solutions that support critical services.
The Role
As an IT Support Analyst, you'll provide front-line technical support across desktop, network, and application environments. You'll handle user requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems remain operational to support daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system.
2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
3. Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
4. Monitor and manage data backups and escalate issues as needed.
5. Liaise with vendors and escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
6. Assist with IT projects, deployments, and security initiatives.
Skills & Experience
7. experience in IT Support or a related technical role.
8. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
9. Experience with Active Directory, networking basics, and hardware setup.
10. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
11. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
12. Familiarity with ITSM or helpdesk tools.
13. IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, or ITIL) are an advantage.
14. Previous experience in a healthcare or regulated environment is desirable.
