We are seeking experienced
Scrum Masters
for a greenfield medical device company based in the Galway area. Initially, two Scrum Masters will be hired, with up to 4 needed throughout the program. These roles focus on coaching and facilitating Agile teams to apply Scrum principles effectively, driving team performance and high-quality product delivery.

Job Responsibilities
* Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, fostering self-organization and cross-functionality.
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies productively and on schedule.
* Identify and remove obstacles, and shield teams from distractions.
* Support Product Owners in backlog management and maintaining clear communication.
* Lead continuous improvement through retrospectives.
* Promote Agile adoption organization-wide, resolving barriers with stakeholders.
* Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to optimize Scrum implementations.
Role Context & Details
* Contract Duration:
Initial 12 months, with high potential for extension.
* Team Size & Location:
Scrum teams include members across USA (3), Philippines (5), Malaysia (1), and UK/EMEA (2).
* Projects:
Starting with Learning & Development phases 1, 2, and 3 plus Core Manufacturing projects, with separate Scrum Masters assigned to each.
* Systems:
Implementation focus includes EBS, Fusion, OIC, WMS, integrations such as Kafka/Boomi; focus is on business functionality like supply chain, manufacturing, and parts of ERP modules.
Job Requirements
* Deep expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
* Strong servant leadership, communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
* Able to solve problems and adapt to changing environments while fostering transparency.
* Experience mentoring teams to higher performance levels.
Preferred Requirements and Flexibility
* Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
* 2–4+ years in a Scrum Master role or Agile IT Project Management with an active focus on achieving goals and milestones.
* Experience or knowledge in medical devices is highly valued; alternatively, expertise in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or domains such as IT-OT, manufacturing operations, ERP systems (Supply Chain, L&D, 3PL, WMS) and integrations is also relevant.
* Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps is beneficial.
