Job Description:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations across various departments.

Key responsibilities include leading production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for:

1. Managing subcontractors and installation teams to achieve safety, quality, and performance targets
2. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational performance
3. Providing insights and reports to the Managing Director
4. Supporting the implementation of new systems, technologies, and process improvements
5. Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
6. Leading workforce planning
