Responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing daily hotel operations and supporting the General Manager
* Leading and mentoring department heads across F&B, Rooms Division, and Front Office
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
* Driving efficiency, cost control, and profitability across all departments
* Suggesting and implementing improvements to hotel processes and services
* Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
* Contributing to the achievement of financial and strategic targets
Requirements include:
* Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Deputy GM, or senior hotel manager
* A strong background in hotel operations with particular emphasis on food & beverage
* Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
* A proven ability to lead large teams in a busy environment
* Commercial awareness, results-driven, and highly customer-focused
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and busy periods
