We're hiring an
Account Manager
to manage 10–15 client accounts across social media, paid ads coordination, and campaign strategy. This person will be the
main client point of contact
, ensuring smooth delivery, clear communication, and growth opportunities within accounts.
This is an account manager role but you'll be needed to support proposal writing, upselling existing accounts, and joining in with new clients from early stages.
We're a fast-moving, collaborative team, so we're looking for someone who's
confident, organised, and ambitious
, with a strong personality fit to our two existing account managers.
Responsibilities
* Manage 10–15 client accounts, building strong relationships.
* Lead on
content planning, shoots coordination, and strategy oversight
.
* Oversee reporting and performance reviews with clients.
* Work closely with our paid ads specialist — knowledge in managing paid ads is useful for this position.
* Liaise with outsourced partners for SEO, email, and web (when needed).
* Write proposals, upsell current clients, and assist with business growth.
* Act as a client-facing representative of SDA: energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Ideal Candidate
* 2–4 years experience in
digital marketing
(agency background a plus, but not required).
* Excellent communicator — confident presenting, pitching, and leading conversations.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing: social media, paid ads, content strategy.
* Bonus: exposure to SEO and email marketing.
* Organised and able to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously.
* Creative thinker who can spot opportunities for clients.
* Outgoing, extroverted, and energised by working with people.
