Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of the Minor Contracts department. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, strong IT skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Minor Contracts team
* Set up and manage projects on ERP systems, including sales contracts, planned costs, baselining, and project activities
* Maintain spreadsheets and databases while ensuring accuracy in financial records
* Gather work reports for Engineers' review for payment processing purposes
* Create site safety files while keeping track of crew training documentation
