Job Title: National Account Manager – Discounters & E-Commerce (EU)Location: IrelandReports To:Sales DirectorWe are conducting a search on behalf of a leading FMCG business for a high-performing National Account Manager to take ownership of a strategically important portfolio across European Discounters, Hard Discounters, select Wholesale accounts, and potentially Amazon/E-commerce.Key Responsibilities:Full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of high-value accounts including:EU Discounters:Hard Discounters:Wholesale:E-commerce:Build strong customer relationships, develop tailored JBPs, and drive long-term growthLead annual negotiations, promotional planning, and demand forecastingWork cross-functionally with Category, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teamsPotential line management of a National Account Executive (NAE) supporting AmazonIdentify white space and optimise pricing and promotional levers for ROIContribute to commercial strategy and support wider team initiativesIdeal Candidate Profile:Proven success managing Discounters at a national or EU level – Aldi and Lidl experience is essentialExperience with Hard Discount and Wholesale channels is highly desirableExposure to Amazon or broader E-commerce platforms is a strong advantagePrevious line management or coaching experience preferredHighly commercial with strong negotiation skills and strategic thinkingResilient, entrepreneurial, and excited by broad scope and ownershipAmbitious, with a clear trajectory toward SNAM and eventual Sales Director rolesWhat’s On Offer:A rare opportunity to manage a wide-ranging customer base with real autonomyClear progression plan to SNAM within 12–18 months for the right candidateFast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with genuine career developmentCompetitive package + performance-based bonus
