THE COMPANY: Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of orthodontic and dental treatment solutions, supplying premium products to specialist orthodontists, dentists and dental clinics across more than 100 countries. With a strong global reputation, excellent product quality and outstanding customer support, they are now expanding their Irish sales team and seeking a Territory Manager to cover the Republic of Ireland. THE ROLE: This is a field-based role covering the Republic of Ireland (excluding Donegal), managing and growing a well-established customer base within the orthodontic and dental sector. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with orthodontists, dental specialists, practice managers and treatment coordinators, driving product adoption and delivering sales growth across your region. The role involves product demonstrations, training, supporting clinics with product knowledge, and attending trade shows and meetings when required. You will receive full product and clinical training, along with ongoing development from senior management. International travel for sales meetings and training may be required. THE PERSON: We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate: Experience in a sales role within dental OR clinical/dental experience and a strong desire to move into sales Ideal backgrounds include: dental nurse, dental practice manager, orthodontic therapist, treatment coordinator (TCO), or anyone with hands-on dental/orthodontics knowledge Strong relationship-builder with confidence presenting to clinicians Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially aware Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland This is an excellent opportunity for someone from the dental or orthodontic world looking to take a step into a commercial sales role with a global market leader.
