What You’ll Do
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
Partner with stakeholders across the business to define the IT risk universe and shape a robust, risk-based IT audit plan
Lead and continuously evolve the IT audit approach, driving best practice and consistency across the organization
Deliver a wide range of IT audit and risk engagements, working closely with Internal Audit colleagues and third-party providers, and embedding data analytics into audit activity
Design and execute IT audit programmes that assess key business, operational and regulatory risks
Provide IT risk advice and subject-matter expertise to support projects, system implementations and change initiatives
Lead IT investigations and post-incident reviews, collaborating with the wider business to strengthen controls and improve risk management quality

What You’ll Bring
We want every person in our organisation to feel like they’re making a key contribution. Here are some of the experiences and skills you’ll need for the role:
At least 3 years’ experience in IT audit, IT assurance, IT risk or IT security, supported by a third-level qualification in a related discipline (professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ITIL or accountancy qualifications are desirable but not essential)
Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask and consistently meet deadlines
Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interrogate large volumes of data while maintaining a clear, high-level risk perspective
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence presenting complex information clearly to diverse business audiences
A collaborative, professional approach with proven ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, coach others and manage sensitive, confidential matters with integrity
Sound judgement, commercial awareness and a value‑add mindset, demonstrating high ethical standards, diplomacy and accountability in everything you do
