Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Experience in global category/commodity management.
Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in a Technical or Engineering field.
Knowledge of international requirements, currency, tax, codes, and logistics issues.
Excellent leadership and influencing skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, translating to relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities Develop and execute commodity strategies through close collaboration with Google engineering and commodity teams.
Conduct detailed agreement discussions, including comprehensive contractual agreements, and ensure capacity planning and supply-chain strategies are implemented to meet on-time delivery.
Drive Request for Information, Request for Proposal, and Request for Quotation processes.
Lead cross-functional teams with the supplier selection process, define cost drivers, develop cost models, and establish should-cost analysis.
Serve as an internal point of contact for all ongoing remediation and quality improvement programs, define Research and Development efforts, and implement supply chain and supply base improvements.
Implement supply chain improvements, managing supply base improvement with supplier metrics and regular business reviews.
