We are searching for an experienced3rd Line IT Infrastructure Support Engineerto provide senior-level technical support within a multi-site enterprise environment. This role will act as a key escalation point, supporting infrastructure stability, security, and ongoing improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities includeProvide 2nd and 3rd line technical support and act as an escalation point for infrastructure incidentsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesSupport and guide the IT Service Desk and mentor junior team membersDesign, implement, and support on-premises and cloud infrastructure solutionsMaintain security controls, patching, and vulnerability remediationSupport business continuity and disaster recovery planningCreate and maintain technical documentationExperience & Skills required:10+ years' experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise support, with min. 5 years in a senior positionStrong Microsoft environment experience (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP)Hands-on networking experience (LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP) with Cisco and FortinetExperience supporting multi-site environments and infrastructure projectsScripting/automation experience (PowerShell or similar)Backup, recovery, monitoring, and disaster recovery experienceFamiliarity with MDM, SQL Server, SSO/SAML, and VoIP platforms (Webex desirable)Must have own transport, be comfortable with frequent regional travel and occasional overnight stays.
