Operations Leadership Role
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and contribute to strategic direction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Streamline production processes and enhance operational excellence through best practices and cost control.
* Collaborate on strategic planning and execution, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Support the Managing Director in leading product development initiatives and managing budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
* Oversee inventory management, production planning, and implement systems to support scalability.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in business or related field.
* 5+ years' experience in senior operations leadership roles.
* Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and communicate effectively.
* Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and CRM experience a plus.
* Fully clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationally as needed.
