The role
My client is looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager who can take full ownership of major electrical construction projects from initial mobilisation through to final handover.
Working on large-scale mission‑critical projects, you'll be responsible for leading site teams, managing client relationships, driving commercial performance and ensuring successful project delivery across every phase of construction.

You’ll take responsibility for:
Project Mobilisation
Leading project handover from estimating to delivery teamsBuilding project execution and procurement strategiesDeveloping construction programmes and resource plansEstablishing commercial and cost-control processesMobilising site teams and subcontractors
Project Delivery
Managing day-to-day site operationsLeading multidisciplinary project teamsMaintaining programme, quality and safety performanceManaging client relationships and stakeholder communicationDriving productivity and project performanceManaging project reporting and forecasting
Commercial Management
Working closely with commercial teams to maximise project performanceManaging project cashflow and reportingIdentifying and mitigating commercial riskSupporting variation and change management activities
Project Closeout
Managing commissioning and handover activitiesFinal account support and commercial closeoutO&M documentation and record drawingsProject review and lessons learnedClient management through warranty periods
What They’re Looking For
6+ years’ experience in electrical construction project deliveryExperience managing large-scale electrical projectsData centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or mission‑critical project experienceStrong commercial awarenessExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsElectrical Engineering qualification or strong electrical trade background
