Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team and provide expert technical support.
Responsibilities:
* Offer advanced 2nd & 3rd-level support to our client's end users globally.
* Address intricate technical challenges encompassing software, hardware, and networking matters.
* Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and efficient resolution of all issues.
Requirements:
* Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant industry certifications.
* Over 6 years of experience in a comparable technical support role.
* Proficiency with desktop support technologies including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Active Directory, SCCM, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
