A senior developer seeks an experienced Senior Lead to join its team on a fixed-term contract for a large-scale housing project.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design Review and Management: Conduct thorough reviews of design drawings, manage Requests for Information (RFIs), and participate in Design Team Meetings.
* Communication and Coordination: Communicate approved technical submittals and ensure understanding across site teams, coordinating subcontractors and service providers to meet quality, testing, and commissioning targets.
* Project Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor programme delivery, report progress, and intervene to avoid delays, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, design documents, and relevant standards.
* Site Inspections and Record-Keeping: Conduct continuous site inspections, resolving issues promptly, and coordinate site drawings while maintaining accurate quality and site records.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with third-party stakeholders, such as utilities and local authorities, driving value engineering and promoting a best-in-class customer experience through chairing site meetings.
