Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and supporting the General Manager on HR activities across Ireland. This includes coordinating delivery from Regional HR leaders for Geochemistry, leading compensation and benefits activities for Geochemistry, and partnering with Operations and Functional Support leaders to forecast talent needs.
The EMEA HR Business Partner will also develop and deliver HR strategic priorities across all sites, standardize HR policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives across the region, implement HR technologies across Ireland, promote a culture of wellbeing, HSE, and employee engagement, and attend management meetings and recommend organizational changes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Advise and support the General Manager on HR activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A tertiary qualification relevant to Human Resources Management is required. A minimum of 5 years HR advisory experience in an HR Department preferably working across multiple jurisdictions is also required.
The successful candidate must have accurate and current HR-related legislative knowledge and the ability to implement accordingly. Excellent interactive skills, both internally and across various laboratories throughout Africa are also required.
