Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Office Manager and Accounts Professional to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Management: Oversee accounting functions, maintain accurate records, perform bank reconciliations, manage billing and credit control, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Facilities and Asset Management: Ensure optimal office facilities and equipment maintenance, negotiate contracts, and liaise with service providers.
* Staff Resource Planning and HR: Allocate work effectively, recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff, manage payroll and holiday records, lead induction processes, and provide adequate support cover.
* IT and Communications Coordination: Coordinate with external IT providers, oversee phone systems and case management software, implement IT policies, and manage internal and external communications.

* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
