Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing system recipe changes and managing day-to-day issues related to Electronic Batch Records, Weigh and Dispense, and Equipment Management modules on the Emerson Syncade MES solution.
This role involves maintaining an incident queue in a service management platform, managing and resolving issues in a timely manner, initiating and implementing change control activities according to quality standards, investigating and troubleshooting problems, and prioritizing support activities based on project schedules.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting IT applications, including troubleshooting, managing incidents and change controls, design documentation, test case development, system and integration testing
* Ability to create business process flow diagrams for pharmaceutical product recipes based on paper batch records or source documents
* Experience with gathering MES site-specific requirement analysis to develop user requirements specifications (URS) and functional requirements specifications (FRS)
* Skills in logically breaking down manufacturing processes to configure recipes into Werum PAS-X
* Ability to develop/create master batch record (MBR) design elements and workflows in Werum PAS-X for repetitive use in MBR creation to expedite the process
* Experience in gathering master data and configuring it in Werum PAS-X Development/Quality/Production Environment
* Knowledge of integrating Werum PAS-X with SAP and other automation systems using standard interface components of MBR design
* Ability to lead recipe design sessions with business process subject matter experts
* Skills in designing MBR/recipe equipment workflow/status diagrams based on business process flows
* Experience in creating solution designs and configuration documents
* Ability to prepare key user training documents and impart key user training
* Skills in providing assistance in business SOP creation
