What you will be doing
Audit
* Assist with planning, preparation and completion of audit work papers and documentation
* Communicate with clients to request information
* Support compliance with audit standards and regulations and develop technical auditknowledge through training
* Participate in team projects and contribute to findings
* Gain experience in risk assessment and control testing for direct mentorship and feedback fromexperienced professionals
* Conduct process interviews, document narratives, analyse process controls and perform testingof key controls
Tax
* Assist in preparing tax returns for individuals and corporate clients
* Support compliance processes by gathering required documentation and ensuring timelysubmissions
* Conduct research on tax legislation and regulations to support advisory projects and to identifytax-saving opportunities for clients
* Attend training sessions to develop technical knowledge and stay updated on industry changes
* Participate in internal meetings and contribute to team projects
What you will need
We are looking for exceptional graduates who are ready to stand out. Ideal candidates will:
* Be currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, with a strongacademic track record
* Bring a curious, analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex problems
* Have a working knowledge - or a strong academic foundation - in IFRS and GAAP, with a keeninterest in applying this in real-world scenarios
* Demonstrate sharp logic and technical problem-solving abilities, and the drive to investigate andresolve issues independently
* Be confident working in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, and open to developing advancedskills
* Possess a meticulous attention to detail, with clear and professional communication skills, bothwritten and verbal
* Be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities
* Thrive both independently and within a collaborative team environment
* Have legal entitlement to work in Ireland
