Overview
My client within the FMCG/ Supply Chain Sector have a requirement for a senior Commercial Finance Manager with strong FP&A, Commercial finance and Business Partnering experience.

Hybrid - 3 days office.
Responsibilities
Participate in commercial discussions across all aspects of the business from a finance perspective
All FP&A duties and partnering with teams across the business
Support the negotiation, monitoring and ultimate collection of trade and commercial terms with
Manage the finance team to ensure it is appropriately structured, resourced, motivated, organised and developed to ensure reporting is timely
Focus the finance team on value add and business partnering to support other brand teams
Lead the annual Budget cycle
Develop, and maintain dashboards, and performance metrics/KPI's
Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources and develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
Oversee analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyse customer data
Establish best reporting system for website and e-commerce analytics
Setting and monitoring KPIs
Requirements / Qualifications
Qualified chartered or ACCA accountant with minimum 5 years PQE
Coming from a commercial finance/ Business Partner role
Must be coming from retail or FMCG sector
Exposure working with multiple sites within group companys
Experience in designing, building, and using dashboards and KPI's to analyse business performance, highlight areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
