Senior Quantity Surveyor Water & Utilities (Cork) An experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to support the commercial delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Ireland. This role involves managing the commercial aspects of multiple live projects, working closely with project and engineering teams to ensure effective cost control, contractual compliance and strong financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage subcontract procurement, including tendering, negotiation and contract placement Prepare cost plans, estimates and commercial forecasts Measure works and prepare valuations, variations and final accounts Monitor project costs, material orders and overall financial performance Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements Manage and support the resolution of commercial claims and disputes Prepare monthly applications, reports and financial updates Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting systems Requirements: 5+ years experience in a Quantity Surveying role within utilities, water or civil engineering Strong experience managing subcontractors and project costs Solid understanding of contracts and commercial risk Strong communication and organisational skills Proficient in MS Office and commercial/project management systems Full, clean driving licence Salary & Benefits: €85k€95k, depending on experience Benefits package included If you are an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new opportunity, please send your CV or contact Amy Maguire for a confidential discussion at a.magu.
