Business Support AdministratorDublin 2 (role fully on-site)€35-45k, with excellent benefitsAn exciting opportunity to join an established international finance firm who are expanding their operations to Dublin. With a strong reputation for innovation, integrity, and excellence, they are building a dynamic local team to support their continued growthAs part of this exciting phase, we are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide high-level support across both Finance and HR functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new Dublin-based team at a pivotal stage, playing a key role in shaping local operations and processes.The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational and communication skills, excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Office proficiency, and a background in financial administration or HR support within a corporate or professional services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Support - assist with financial administration including invoice processing, expense management, and budget tracking.Support finance reporting processes through data entry, document preparation, and reconciliation tasks.Prepare presentation materials, reports, and dashboards for management meetings.HR Support - assist with onboarding of new employees including contract preparation and induction coordination.Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and compliance files.Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and materials for internal and external meetings.Provide administrative support to the Dublin leadership team.Help implement office systems and processes for the new Dublin site.Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required.Key Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role supporting finance and/or HR functions.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across departments and regions.Experience working in a finance, professional services, or corporate environment preferred.Ability to work independently in a growing and fast-paced office.Please apply today for immediate consideration.
