**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Inventory Lead to join our team. As a Site Inventory Lead, you will play a critical role in controlling material investment, managing risks, and optimizing inventory cost and customer service.
The Impact You'll Make:
* Control material investment and manage risks to ensure optimal inventory levels.
* Determine key inventory performance measures such as inventory targets, forecasting, ITR, DIO, cost-benefit trade-offs, and $ change impacts to $ entitlement.
* Lead continuous process improvement to optimize inventory cost and customer service.
* Implement inventory management strategies for NWI, NPI, PIPO, dual sourcing, buffering, forward buying, etc., minimizing financial impacts.
* Collaborate and align with internal departments including procurement, finance, warehouse, operations, quality, and global supply chain.
Your Skills and Expertise:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 5 years of relevant work experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or procurement.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in visual display, reporting to senior leadership, and influencing senior stakeholders to desired outcome.
* Experience working with ERP, MRP II, MRP, SCP, APS, or DRP systems, particularly Oracle, ASCP, or SAP.
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.).
