What You'll Be Doing
1. Overseeing the smooth daily operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service across all departments.
2. Acting as the key point of contact for guests – handling queries, feedback, and ensuring any issues are resolved with professionalism and care.
3. Leading, motivating, and supporting front-line staff to deliver top-quality service while maintaining brand standards.
4. Coordinating between departments – reception, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance – to keep everything running like clockwork.
5. Managing shift reports, cash procedures, and daily handovers with precision and attention to detail.
6. Supporting senior management in training, development, and operational excellence.
7. Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
What You'll Bring
8. Previous experience as a Duty Manager or strong Supervisor in a 4-star property (hotel or similar).
9. A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and team leadership.
