We will nurture talent and smart investment to drive superior performance and growth.As The Role:Linen Porter you will maintain linen control report and record any linen abuseWork to daily working schedulesEnsure that all linen is counted correctly and identify the differences on the daily control sheet.Maintain security of linen room keys, and the linen room whilst on duty.Ensure that you familiarise yourself with the weekly function sheet ensuring that all stock levels are correct and that the C&B department have their requested linen stocks.To ensure that the security surrounding the linen service cupboards on the bedroom floors is adhered to.To ensure that all security checks are carried out in the evening before leaving your shift thus ALL linen Chutes & linen stock cupboards are closed and locked of the complete buildingAssist and be courteous to guests and display good customer care and social skills.Deal with guest complaints/compliments or refer to senior management at earliest opportunity.Work in co-operation with any staff and managementAttend hotel and departmental training sessions whenever instructedWork within all Health & Safety requirementsLocated amongst the financial district with the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) sitting next door, Hilton Garden Inn Dublin City Centre is perfectly placed for any business guests.
