Job Description
AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Demand/Inventory Planner on behalf of our client, an established SME company within the FMCG sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in North Dublin. This role will offer a hybrid working model.
Role:
* Oversee the full demand planning and purchase ordering replenishment processes to ensure exceptional service levels and optimal stock investment.
* Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key commercial and operational teams to enhance forecasting accuracy and ensure a deep understanding of the supply chain.
* Lead the development of best practices in forward-looking demand analysis and planning.
* Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implementing solutions to enhance demand planning and forecasting performance.
Requirements
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Demand/Inventory planning within a fast-paced environment.
* Experience within an SME/Family run business preferred for this position.
* Experience within the food/FMCG sector preferred for this position.
* A relevant educational qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
