We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will have previous bookkeeping experience and be proficient in using Sage software.
The role requires someone with strong initiative, who can work independently in a fast-paced office environment whilst collaborating with colleagues as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administrative tasks to ensure seamless support for other staff members
* Basic bookkeeping duties
* Managing agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, phone calls, correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.)
* Updating records and databases
* Tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
We value candidates with excellent organisational skills, familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Prior experience with Sage software is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is your ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work well under minimal supervision.
