Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Bantry, Co.
Cork (with occasional travel to a second site in Cork City)
Salary: Negotiable (Relocation & accommodation assistance available)
We are seeking a skilled
Maintenance Technician
to join a leading food manufacturing business.

Responsibilities
Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks across equipment and systems.
Work with both electrical and mechanical automation systems.
Support the safe and efficient operation of plant maintenance systems.
Respond to and resolve routine mechanical maintenance and breakdowns.
Maintain controls, sensors, pneumatics, and electrical systems in a high-volume production facility.
Assist in the development and implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance routines.
Install and commission new equipment as required.
Contribute to the training and support of apprentices.
Qualifications
Experience maintaining manufacturing systems or equipment within a processing or production plant.
Qualification and/or strong working knowledge in Electrical and/or Mechanical disciplines.
Proficiency in basic computer use and report writing.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
