Implement high‑availability & disaster recovery strategies for critical applications.
Mentor junior staff and collaborate across teams to deliver secure, high‑performing solutions.
Drive continuous improvement with automation, monitoring, and failover planning.
What You Bring:
5+ years senior experience in Microsoft enterprise environments.
Certifications like MCSA, MCP, CCNA – plus CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Security Associate.
Mastery of Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Active Directory & Group Policy, and network protocols.
Strong skills in backup solutions (NetBackup bonus), VMware, storage, and Linux (desirable).
Proven ability to solve problems, document processes, and thrive under ITIL‑driven methodologies.
Bonus points for automation chops with Python, Ansible, REST APIs.
