ResponsibilitiesSet up and enhance long term successful strategic partnerships with existing media/digital agencies to support their long term growth in the META MarketsDevelop and grow an existing book of agency business by:scaling current agencies' advertiserssecuring additional budget by proving greater ROAS for the agencies' clientspitching for new clients' activationsProve impact through achieving KPIs such as: increase in budget & ARPA, growth of active clients per agency, etc.Accurately forecast revenue delivery and identify opportunities to prevent or bridge gaps to goalEstablish and maintain both C-Level & tactical relationships with agencies, becoming their key point of contact, to ensure TikTok is a partner of choice in their future growthLeverage insights, data, and industry benchmarks to lead conversations with internal cross-functional stakeholders, and externally to support the agenciesManage media agencies at scale; monitor the partner's performance through tools and timely communication with clientsDeliver best in class customer experience: reactively troubleshoot any practical problem occurring to the agencies and proactively anticipate any challengeQualificationsMinimum Qualification: As this role works in our META market, working with customers, fluency in English and Arabic is required for the success of this role3+ years experience and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, ideally in this marketPrevious experience working closely with agencies, resellers, consulting businesses is not strictly required but it will be regarded as a plusSharp client focus and motivated by thriving customer successProblem solver capable of navigate ambiguity and proactively provide effective solutions to customer needsPreferred QualificationsStrong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlinesSound analytical and quantitative skillsExperience working with revenue targets in a fast paced, client facing environment.A genuine passion for consultative selling, strategy and seeing your impact through the growth of a book of businessAbout TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
