We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Manager to lead our customer service team to success. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of customer service advisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate a team of customer service advisors to achieve high performance and continuous improvement
* Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in customer service
* Lead root cause analysis to improve the customer experience and implement solutions to resolve issues
* Ensure accurate payroll management and minimize administration errors and overpayments
* Work with team members to meet customer needs in a responsive and efficient manner
* Manage escalated problems and perform root cause analysis to improve the customer experience
* Drive employee engagement and ensure all KPIs are met and adhered to
* Adhere to HR policies and procedures to provide a fair and consistent approach to managing staff
