About the job
In this role, you will contribute to all aspects of training for Trust and Safety Content Moderators, including analysis, design, and coordination of development and delivery. You will demonstrate organizational and communication skills and work under deadlines in a dynamic environment. You will partner with stakeholders, including a dedicated content development team, to design and deliver training solutions. Your responsibilities include assessing needs, designing curricula, coordinating roll-outs globally, and evaluating training effectiveness to ensure Google's Trust and Safety vendor teams can perform optimally.

Responsibilities
* Work with sensitive content and situations, potentially exposed to graphic or upsetting topics.
* Conduct needs analysis, design learning solutions, and coordinate development of training materials.
* Develop and update training programs to improve onboarding, quality, and operational performance.
* Evaluate training impacts and improve learning experiences continuously.
* Collaborate with various teams to develop effective learning solutions.
