Regional Director - Ireland, HR Recruitment
Frazer Jones services have been selected by an independent public sector body to secure talent for a strategic HR Manager role. Within this role you will lead initiatives in People and Organizational Development. This is a senior-level opportunity focused on talent, leadership, learning, and organizational effectiveness, with scope to influence culture and capability across the organization.
You’ll work closely with senior HR colleagues to deliver programs that support a high-performing, inclusive and future-ready workforce. This individual will have a strong HR Management background and well-rounded experience including HR Operations.
Key responsibilities
* Lead strategic HR programs in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
* Drive organizational change and workforce planning.
* Embed diversity, equity and inclusion across all people practices.
* Support IR/ER and payroll functions, with a view to future ownership.
* Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure impact.
What we’re looking for
* 3–5 years’ experience in a strategic HR or OD role.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
* Experience using HR data and systems to drive decisions.
* Public sector experience is a plus, but not essential.
Salary & Benefits
The salary scale for this role is €81,475 – €106,220. Placement on the scale will be determined in line with public sector pay policy. Candidates currently employed in the public sector may be eligible for appointment at a higher point on the scale, while those joining from private industry would typically start at the lower end.
