Responsibilities Lead PGCS Flavours and Seasonings team to develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies to improve cost, quality, service, and innovation.
Understand industry trends and key cost drivers; develop long-term pricing mechanisms for competitive advantage.
Coordinate with global teams to leverage best practices.
Ensure material supply, quality standards, on-time delivery, and food safety compliance.
Manage project teams to drive outcomes.
Ensure productivity pipeline delivers targeted net productivity improvements and complies with financial objectives.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks for business issues.
Lead supplier performance and contract compliance initiatives.
Implement strategies to meet PepsiCo Positive Sustainability Goals.
Build internal procurement capabilities through recruitment, coaching, and talent development.
Manage risk initiatives related to supply chain, currency exposure, and sustainable practices.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and audits.
Provide thought leadership on business-critical topics to senior leadership.
Stay informed on market trends and external factors.
Qualifications BA/BS in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related; Master's preferred.
6-8 years of procurement leadership experience, preferably in Food & Beverage industry.
Deep knowledge of sourcing, category management, and procurement best practices in a global context.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
Strong business acumen and understanding of economic drivers.
Analytical and financial skills.
Organizational savvy and ability to communicate complex topics to executives.
Proven leadership of large, geographically dispersed teams.
Results-oriented with the ability to meet bold targets.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
