Role Description
The Blackrock is seeking a Bar and Floor Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role located in Blackrock. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the bar and front-of-house areas, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing and motivating the team. The Supervisor will also handle staff training, maintain high service standards, support sales efforts, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to create excellent guest experiences and foster positive team interactions.
* Proficiency in Training and Coaching team members to deliver outstanding service and maintain operational standards.
* Sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
* Prior supervisory or leadership experience within the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
