HR Administrator Rolling Contract Location: Dublin 8 Grade: IV Hourly Rate: €19.73 Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and contract administration Maintain and update HR systems and records Support employee queries and liaise with internal departments Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures Essential Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in a HR administration role Strong working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion SAP experience is an advantage.
