Job Description
Childcare Service Manager – Little Hands Childcare, Churchfield
Northside Community Enterprises (NCE) is recruiting a dynamic Childcare Service Manager to work closely with the CEO, Head of Childcare Services and Financial Controller on the set‑up and launch of our Little Hands Childcare and Early Learning Centre in Churchfield, which will open on a phased basis in 2026.
Responsibilities
* Lead all pre‑opening preparations and compliance requirements.
* Recruit, mentor, and manage early years staff.
* Oversee enrolment, parent engagement, and community outreach.
* Ensure high‑quality, safe, compliant daily operations.
* Uphold Aistear, Síolta, and best‑practice standards.
* Work closely with NCE leadership on planning, budgets and reporting.
Qualifications
* Minimum QQI Level 7 in Early Childhood Care and Education.
* 3+ years in a supervisory/management early years role.
* Strong knowledge of Tusla regulations and quality frameworks.
* Leadership, organisation, and communication excellence.
