Job Description
Manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters.
Oversee performance management and training programmes.
Handle payroll processes in collaboration with the finance team.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
Support change management initiatives and organisational development projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
Proven experience in Human Resources, in a generalist or business partner capacity.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
A professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
