Job Title: Senior Analyst, Marketing Strategy & Performance
Contract: 6 months
Location: Dublin City
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join the Global Marketing Strategy & Performance team. This role plays a key part in building and delivering a new core marketing reporting and insights framework. You’ll act as a co-lead, working closely with cross-functional teams to unify marketing data, build automated dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support performance measurement and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
* Co-lead the planning, development, and implementation of a unified marketing reporting and insights framework (SSOT).
* Consolidate and integrate data from multiple systems into unified datasets.
* Develop and optimise advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
* Design, build, and automate interactive dashboards in Tableau to support marketing performance reporting.
* Create standardised reporting templates and performance scorecards to ensure consistency and scalability.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues during development.
* Document best practices and technical processes for data management and dashboard development.
* Collaborate with team members to provide technical support and ensure alignment on project objectives.
Required Skills
* 4–6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-focused role.
* Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, with a proven track record of developing dynamic, user-friendly dashboards.
* Strong SQL skills, including experience with transformation tools (e.g., dbt) and working with databases such as Snowflake.
* Demonstrated experience consolidating and integrating data from multiple sources.
* Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modelling, and analytics best practices.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills; confident working in cross-functional teams.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
