Job Description
We are seeking a newly qualified or part-qualified accountant to join our organization in Tralee, Ireland.
The successful candidate will play a key role in tracking production costs, analyzing variances and supporting budgeting and forecasting.
Working closely with operations, you will help improve cost efficiency, ensure compliance with financial controls and contribute insights that shape strategic decisions and drive business performance.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Drive operational efficiency through cost analysis and budget management.
2. Support project-focused financial planning and reporting, adding value to decision-making.
3. Design and refine financial processes to stay ahead.
4. Monitor and control manufacturing costs in partnership with operations.
5. Prepare management accounts, variance analyses and performance reports that inform strategic choices.
6. Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and robust internal controls.
8. Collaborate with teams across the business, making finance a trusted partner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Newly or part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Great communication and teamwork abilities.
Manufacturing experience is an advantage, but not essential.
