Role Overview
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will source and place candidates across technology and finance sectors, drive business development, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Achieve monthly and quarterly fee targets
* Source candidates through advertising, search, and networking
* Interview, assess, and select candidates
* Business development activity targeting new and existing clients, including research and canvass calls
* Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in
* Prepare candidates and clients for interview
* Ensure the highest level of service for all clients and candidates
* Complete all candidate and client information on the database system
Qualifications
* 1–3 years of sales or recruitment experience
* Proven experience in agency recruitment or sales; open to ambitious candidates from other backgrounds
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multi‑task
* Outstanding communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
* Professional, self‑motivated, team‑player attitude
* Entrepreneurial spirit, confident attitude, thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
