Treasury Finance Manager
Our client, a long-established Irish FMCG group with a portfolio of well-known consumer brands, is hiring a Finance Manager to take ownership of its Treasury function. This is a senior role with real visibility and influence across the business.
You will lead Treasury operations end-to-end, strengthen controls, elevate reporting, and ensure the organisation is set up for scale as it continues its strategic growth plan. If you enjoy a blend of hands-on rigour, systems improvement, and high-impact stakeholder work, this is a strong next step.
What you will drive
* Own Group banking relationships and ensure service quality, controls, and cost efficiency.
* Oversee online banking platforms, user access, compliance, and daily cash requirements.
* Lead cash flow and liquidity planning, building and maintaining forecasting models.
* Monitor FX exposures, hedge positions, and manage FX provider relationships.
* Set and maintain spend limits and delegated authorities across the Group.
* Manage VAT compliance (Irish, UK, and Pan-EU) in partnership with external providers.
* Deep-dive into financial systems, improving controls, automation, and reporting.
* Run structured monthly and quarterly reporting for eCommerce and treasury activities.
* Liaise with eCommerce teams to ensure accuracy of fees, reporting, and audit readiness.
* Partner with senior leaders to analyse performance and support project work across the business.
What you bring
* Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with 5+ years PQE.
* Strong experience across treasury, banking operations, or financial control.
* Confident communicator who can influence at all levels.
* Process-driven, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
* Strong systems exposure and a continuous improvement mindset.
You will step into a visible leadership role, shape how the Treasury function evolves, and work directly with senior decision-makers in a growing, well-respected Irish organisation. This is a chance to make a measurable impact, modernise processes, and build a best-in-class function
