About Your New Job
* Manage Technical Support Teams
: Oversee EMEA technical support teams to ensure high-level infrastructure and end-user support.
* Project Management
: Lead the delivery of IS projects and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with internal IT policies.
* System Maintenance and Upgrades
: Manage hardware and software installations, upgrades, and disaster recovery procedures.
* Team Leadership
: Mentor and manage the support team, conducting performance reviews and addressing disciplinary matters.
* Compliance and Reporting
: Adhere to company compliance obligations and report on IS Service Desk KPIs.
What Skills You Need
* Team Leadership
: Comfortable managing and leading a team.
* Technical Proficiency
: Proficient in IT systems terminology, Microsoft Azure, Cisco Meraki switch, Wi-Fi technologies, and O365.
* Communication Skills
: Excellent timekeeping, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and work flexibly.
* Problem-Solving
: Strong analytical skills to assess information systems results and implement disaster recovery and back-up procedures.
