This national initiative enhances how Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs) deliver services to Irish SMEs and startups.
As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in aligning the CRM system with business requirements-working across solution design, development, testing, and rollout.
You'll work closely with key stakeholders from Enterprise Ireland, Local Enterprise Offices, and software delivery partners to ensure solutions are innovative, client-focused, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using JIRA.
* Act as a subject matter expert in business processes and support solution design and implementation.
* Evaluate CRM system functionality and identify areas for improvement.
* Track and manage requirements through the full project lifecycle.
* Participate in daily standups and sprint planning sessions within an Agile environment.
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), post-go-live support, and contribute to process improvement.
* Work alongside the Senior Business Analyst to learn best practices and support continuous delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
* Proven experience in technical business analysis, with a strong focus on digital transformation projects.
* Expertise in documenting business requirements, writing user stories, and supporting solution testing.
* Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), JIRA, and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
* Experience with data modeling, Visio, and advanced Excel.
* Working knowledge of Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
* Strong communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
