Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Candidate Advanced Nurse Practitioner (cANP) Role
The Acute Haematology Oncology Service at St. Vincent's University Hospital seeks an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care and management of patients with haematological and oncological conditions.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for staff and students.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans.
Requirements:
* Degree in Nursing or relevant field.
* Postgraduate qualification in Advanced Practice or equivalent experience.
* Current registration with An Bord Altranais (NMBI).
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or equivalent experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
