Job Title: Surface Facilities Manager
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 7.5 hour days.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring all surface facilities are maintained to high standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate maintenance activities and manage site services.
* Oversight of contractor performance and logistics management.
* Support procurement of equipment and services.
* Lead and support improvement projects and initiatives.
* Attend management meetings and contribute to decision-making.
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
* Develop and update standard operating procedures.
* Create and deliver training for operations personnel.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain digital systems.
* Track contractor key performance indicators and service metrics.
* Promote sustainability and environmental responsibility.
* Participate in emergency response and incident investigations.
Requirements:
A recognised degree or diploma in Engineering or equivalent is required. Relevant qualifications in Business, Operations, or technical fields are also accepted. Technical certification is highly advantageous.
