Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is challenging work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high-performance, high-reward culture—embracing difficult tasks, persevering after setbacks, and demonstrating resilience to find alternative solutions.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we will provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader more quickly than you imagined. Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as they do in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you will receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in unique ways.
When you join us, you will have:

Your Impact
You will be a core member of the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team, a joint venture between the Strategy and Corporate Finance (S&CF) and People and Organizational Performance (POP) practices. The team covers topics across the entire M&A lifecycle, from strategy and due diligence to integrations, separations, joint ventures, and alliances.
Reporting to the Director of Client Capabilities for M&A, you will work closely with the M&A Insights team and collaborate with global leaders overseeing our capabilities, knowledge, and offerings. You will also be part of a network of client capabilities and client activation managers across S&CF and POP.
You will shape the global client capabilities priorities for M&A across sub-Service Lines and joint ventures. Your responsibilities include overseeing the development and updating of client offerings, leading the monthly Knowledge Review Board, and owning the creation of proposal assets.
You will curate our core M&A capabilities to facilitate effective engagement with client service teams and clients. Partnering with Reach and Engagement and Client Activation colleagues, you will co-develop external strategies to share our capabilities, disseminate content internally, and keep our capabilities up-to-date on internal platforms.
You will manage the performance and health of the M&A Special Initiative, collaborating closely with the Finance team and initiative owners. Additionally, you will work with the M&A Insights leadership team to develop people strategies, establish processes, and create training programs to upskill team members and foster connections within the practice.
